Product purchases
Product availability, final price, ingredients, directions, and any applicable return terms are confirmed at the spa before purchase.
Returns and exchanges
Unopened products in original condition may be exchanged within 14 days with the original receipt. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective. Contact La Lueur promptly with your receipt and product details.
Treatment services
Treatment, package, cancellation, and rescheduling terms are separate from retail product terms and are confirmed during booking or purchase.
